COOKING IS ART WITH CHEF JOEY CAMPANARO AT THE MIELE GALLERY, N.Y.C.

What an amazing couple of days with BlogTour NYC was had! I am so priviledged to be part of the Modenus family! One memorable excursion was hosted by Miele, the premium household brand selling quality appliances for the kitchen and home since 1899. Miele took us to their New York City Gallery where famed Chef Joey Campanaro prepared a FAB four-course meal. It was unbelievable!!

On my BlogTour Cologne experience, I learned that Miele has ten Galleries throughout the United States where you can experience unforgettable and inspiring events. You can go to a Product cooking presentation and even take a hands-on class with a Master-Chef while gaining personal experience with Miele's state of the art appliances. This is the best way to get to know Miele products and fall in love - as they stand behind quality and appliances that last for generations. Click here on a prior post about Miele.

The chic and modern Miele Gallery is inviting with its back-lit signage, textured glass-lit bar and its backdrop wall showcasing illuminated niches that emphasize their vacuums. Very cool!

Meet esteemed Chef Joey Campanaro, owner/chef of "The Little Owl," in New York City. He is known for bold Mediterranean cuisine and those killer meatball sliders! Chef Joey Campanaro is not only a chef, he is an architect of food. His menu blends together amazing creative blends and taste!

Meet the BlogTourNYC designers who I sat with and shared this fantastic dinner with. You can read about their BlogTourNYC posts on the Modenus website:

Dinner in the making with his sous chefs.....

First Course Poached and Grilled Lobster with Asparagus flan, so artfully prepared (on the left).  His famous meatball sliders (on the right) are famous for a reason......Mmm mmmm:

The second course was Tagliatelle and clams with Long Island Cherry Stones. So amazing, Love my pasta!   I was getting full by the time the American Lamb rack on Gold Fontina Fonduta came out but I had to go for it. It melted in my mouth. Sooo good!

I cannot wait to taste more on the menu. Living near New York City, I plan to visit the "The Little Owl."  You can follow them on TWITTER.

Thank you Miele and Modenus for an incredible dining experience!

  1. I do not know where those 10 Miele spots are, but I sure hope I get to go to one at some point. I love cooking & baking. I love Miele. I love BlogTour. What else is there?
